Aerobic MIX

The goal is to train the correct technique of exercising with music, to develop basic physical abilities through basic steps connected by simple choreography, to develop motor coordination, muscle endurance, strength and flexibility, sensory perception and understanding choreography, and increasing aerobic capacity of lungs and blood circulation.

Content: The basic step technique, joining simple and then more difficult symmetric and asymmetric choreography sets, inclusion of features of dance aerobic, kick box aerobic, body form, body balance, power stretch and other styles.

The sports activity will take place in the Sports Center premises, gym B1, Jana Babáka 5, Brno. Bring gym shoes, sportswear, a towel and a water bottle.
