Content: The basic step technique, workout and stretching sequences without aids and later with aids, such as overball, resistance band, bosu, fitball etc. The lesson starts with a short dynamic warm-up, dynamic workout, static workout and final stretching. This is a type of aerobic exercises with workout sequences accompanied by dynamic music, with stress on the correct execution of movements at an adequate pace, with or without aids; the exercises encourage efficient fat burning and figure forming.
