Volleyball for advanced
Focus: The goal is to practice and improve physical skills and enhance physical performance. The game is a means to regenerate physical and mental capacities. Attention is paid to developing and improving the basic game skills and individual game activities and the application of skills to the game itself.
Content: Unlike other sports activities with 60 minute-training, volleyball for beginners has 90 minutes per lesson. In the first third of the lesson, there is a ball-free warm-up, a warm-up with a ball, a variety of hitting exercises, smashing and serving. In the second part, a classic game is played in teams for about 60 minutes.
Volleyball will take place in the large gym A1 in the Sports Center premises, Jana Babáka 5, Brno. Bring solid gym shoes, sportswear, a towel and a water bottle.
