Street workout is a bodyweight-based sports activity that includes various exercises on public sports grounds, especially on horizontal bars, uneven bars, beams, horizontal ladders, rings and other structures, or without them (on the ground). The main focus is on using own bodyweight, and enhancement of power and endurance.
Goal: to learn the correct technique of basic exercises on a horizontal bar, rings and uneven bars. Another goal is to strengthen the whole body.
Bring: sportswear, a towel and a water bottle.
The lessons take place on an outdoor sports ground near J.A.K. halls of residence, Kohoutova 1550/5-11, 613 00 Brno.
