Outdoor running
Running is a popular sports activity at present, which is best set in a healthy, natural environment. You can do running all your life. When running in the countryside, you also relax, and thus the physical and mental aspects are joined together.
The lessons will concentrate on the correct running technique, running and breathing, practicing the correct coordination and endurance, stretching, as well as the right wear supporting healthy physical activity.
Each lesson will last 90 minutes and they will be organized in 8 blocks from March to May. The exact location of the training will be specified by e-mail.
