Focus: The goal is to develop physical abilities stressing positive effect on the stabilization system of the body, development of balance in various static and dynamic positions, development of coordination abilities, tactile abilities and increasing the aerobic capacity of lungs and blood circulation. Bosu is a rehabilitation training aid suitable for highly efficient dynamic training. Exercises using the bosu join aerobic training, specific workout and stretching exercises with a favorable health effect in an unstable position.
Content: Basic positions and their correct technique on both sides of the bosu, static workout and coordination exercises, utilization of the core training and Pilates methods, simple step sequences with music.
The sports activity will take place in the Sports Center premises, gym B1, Jana Babáka 5, Brno. Bring solid gym shoes, sportswear, a towel and a water bottle.
